| Hours Monday - Friday 8 am- 9 am or 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm Saturday 8 am - 9 am NO EVENING HOURS Sunday 8 am - 9 am or 6 pm - 7 pm Holidays All major holidays will require a 3 day charge and a deposit may be needed to reserve the space. Holiday Hours Effective Jan 2012 There will be NO drop off or pick up hours on the following Holidays: Easter - Sunday April 8 Memorial Day - Monday May 28 Independence Day - Wednesday July 4 Labor Day - Monday September 3 Thanksgiving - Thursday & Friday November 22 & 23 Christmas - Tuesday December 25 New Years Day - Tuesday January 1, 2013 *Inquire about all other Holidays Policies At time of drop off it is understood that customers will be responsible for payment of all days that have been reserved regardless if the pet is picked up earlier than the date or time specified. Customers are expected to abide by the posted kennel hours and understand there will be a $20 fee added to their bill for arrivals or departures outside of business hours. NO EXCEPTIONS! All fees are to be paid in full before any pet will be released. Cash or Checks only. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if customers are returning early and will be changing their reserved pick up date or time. (You must get verbal confirmation that some one will be available to release your pet. Please do not assume that leaving a message is sufficient). Please understand that we spend many hours a day, 7 days a week caring for your pet(s) and although we live in close proximity to the kennel we too (just as yourself) deserve time away from our job. Because we must plan our personal times around pre-scheduled drop offs and pick ups if there is no one scheduled to arrive we often use this opportunity to plan something special with the family. For everyone's safety all pets must be either carried or on a leash at all times and NO one is to enter the boarding area without verbal permission from authorized personal. |
